Positioned in the tranquil Springs neighborhood of East Hampton, the Springs Residence reimagines a retreat that bridges woodland calm and coastal light. The design prioritizes natural daylight, expansive glazing, and an open-plan layout to draw in the airy quality of the Hamptons in summer. Interiors are crafted with warm natural materials. White oak millwork, handmade tiles, slate flooring and the centerpiece; a 16 foot long Macchia Vecchia Calacatta island in the kitchen. Exteriors use traditional cedar shingles combined with clean painted white tongue and groove siding on a new entrance piece.

Outdoor spaces are integral: generous bluestone patios, cedar pergolas, outdoor kitchen and firepit are all positioned around a backyard pool.

The Springs Residence reflects Berg Design’s commitment to modern Hamptons living: clean lines, honest materials, the marriage of interior and exterior, and a home that feels both youthful and timeless in its springs-to-life transformation.
