The East End Residence in East Hampton, NY, is a 3,500-square foot renovation that balances the charm of a seaside cottage with modern functionality. The home is composed of three interconnected buildings, preserving the illusion of a traditional coastal retreat while reconfiguring the interior for contemporary living.

The western end was transformed to create a large, open kitchen and family room, improving circulation and eliminating smaller, fragmented spaces. On the ocean facing side, a ribbon of oversized glass doors and windows, paired with a continuous new deck, strengthens the seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living. The renovation delivers a home that functions effortlessly for a young family while providing an ideal backdrop for entertaining, all within the relaxed elegance of the East Hampton coastline.
